” I wanna be in a successful relationship ” ” I want a pay rise ” etc blah blah blah ! The list is endless, the fact we are making more resolutions now when we didn’t follow them last year is fruitless and crazy.
We should all make 2019s resolutionso the ones we really stick to and be positive and really give it a try. Make it your first resolution to stick to your resolutions!
Don’t feel bad or guilty about having or sticking to your resolutions, your needs and wants/dreams are valid and you deserve to explore them.
Here are some ideas to get you inspired 😉
Get a new hobby, something unusual that you wouldn’t normally be interested in. You never know you might just have a hidden talent. Tennis? Chess ? Painting ? Who knows the new hobby list is endless. Make 2019 the year you try out new things.
Read more books, or get round to the books you should have read last year 😂 or the year before. Take more book recommendations from friends and family. Set aside an hour or two a week to read. It’s always good to learn something new or be inspired by a beautiful story.
The gym 😂 everyone says after new year ” I will work out harder in the gym and get fit, blah blah blah. ” The only person that’s going to get fit is the one who has a workout routine they stick too. Who says working out was a chore? Get yourself a workout buddy and have a laugh at the same time. Stick to your regime and get your dream body.
